Corporate Disputes

Our dispute resolution team has strong expertise and knowledge in all aspects of corporate litigation and arbitration.

A strong focus of the practice is on shareholders’ disputes, arising in or outside the context of shareholder’s agreements. We advise private or corporate shareholders and investors on any issue at shareholder’s level.

We frequently represent companies and private persons, both on the buyer and the seller’s side regarding disputes originated in negotiations on share or asset deals, and in share purchase agreements, e.g. on earn-outs and price calculations.

We are also the trusted advisor of many directors of emerging and growth companies, as well as established corporates on management disputes, and on the due performance of their mandate and associated liabilities towards the company, shareholders and third parties.

We strive to resolve any such conflicts efficiently, in order to allow the company to focus on its business or give way to new opportunities to an exiting director and/or shareholder.

When litigation or arbitration is unavoidable in corporate disputes, the team devises appropriate strategies taking into account the (business) objectives of the client. We resort to summary proceedings should the need arise.
