We are currently looking to take on an outstanding associate with 4 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience, particularly in the field of corporate and commercial litigation.

You will primarily be engaged in day-to-day risk management, advisory work and external representation prior to litigation, conduct of litigation proceedings including legal research, draft of submissions and representation in court and settlement negotiations.

You will advise entrepreneurs, investors and large, established companies on a wide range of national and international contentious matters, such as shareholder’s disputes, liability of management, tort liability, post-acquisition litigation, service or consultancy agreements, distribution and agency, commercial lease, purchase and sale, insolvency, ...

Candidates will have obtained a Master degree in Law at a Belgian university. They will have superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have a strong interest in a career focused on commercial and corporate litigation.

The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships and collaborate with others is required.

The ideal candidate will have great work ethics, excellent communication skills and excel in a fast-paced environment.
