Cresco proudly announces its strategic partnership with Watt Factory, a new community of entrepreneurs and creatives focused on Smart Cities & Climate Change.

Watt Factory is opening its Ghent based co-working space, which will be a lively new community of entrepreneurs and creatives focused on Smart Cities & Climate Change. It will be the hub for improving city living enabled by technology.

It aims to be a “Best of Class” accelerator with start-ups brought together from different Smart City domains. The first batch of start-ups will be in Smart Mobility, Smart Education & Smart Building.

Watt Factory combines the expertise and enthusiasm of five experienced entrepreneurs motivated by sustainability and innovation.

The Flemish Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Vlaio), Ghent University, Vlerick Business School & the City of Ghent will take an active role in this project. To support the Smart City Community, Watt Factory relies on preferred business partners Cresco and EY. They will share expertise, insights and network to help scale the activities of the start-ups.
