InvestSuite in Series A investment round

Cresco has assisted InvestSuite, an international B2B WealthTech company, in the design, negotiation and closing of its new funding round, raising €3 million.

This brings the total raised to €9 million since inception in 2018. The existing, reference investor PMV, has invested an additional €800.000 alongside AB Accelerator, 365.fintech and other investors.

Cresco has assisted InvestSuite from its incorporation in its fundraising activities and day-to-day operational matters.

David Dessers and Eva Claeys constituted the deal team that advised InvestSuite in this transaction.
