Anton De Ryckere


Anton De Ryckere joined Cresco as asso­ciate at the dis­pute res­o­lu­tion depart­ment. He focus­es main­ly on com­mer­cial, IT/IP and cor­po­rate lit­i­ga­tion. Fur­ther­more, he advis­es domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al clients on a wide range of legal top­ics, i.a. non-com­pete claus­es, ser­vice agree­ments, director’s lia­bil­i­ty, shareholder’s and man­age­ment disputes.

Anton’s prac­tice encom­pass­es pre-lit­i­ga­tion advice, set­tle­ment nego­ti­a­tions and rep­re­sen­ta­tion before Bel­gian courts and arbi­tral tribunals.


Pri­or to join­ing Cresco, Anton worked as pol­i­cy advis­er for a Bel­gian Deputy Prime Min­is­ter and a Mem­ber of Euro­pean Parliament.

After obtain­ing his master’s degree in Law (Uni­ver­si­ty of Leu­ven, 2016), Anton grad­u­at­ed as LL.M. in Intel­lec­tu­al Prop­er­ty and ICT Law (Uni­ver­si­ty of Leu­ven, 2017).
