Anton De Ryckere joined Cresco as associate at the dispute resolution department. He focuses mainly on commercial, IT/IP and corporate litigation. Furthermore, he advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal topics, i.a. non-compete clauses, service agreements, director’s liability, shareholder’s and management disputes.
Anton’s practice encompasses pre-litigation advice, settlement negotiations and representation before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals.
Prior to joining Cresco, Anton worked as policy adviser for a Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and a Member of European Parliament.
After obtaining his master’s degree in Law (University of Leuven, 2016), Anton graduated as LL.M. in Intellectual Property and ICT Law (University of Leuven, 2017).
