Elyse joined the Cresco dis­pute res­o­lu­tion team in 2021, spe­cial­iz­ing in cor­po­rate and com­mer­cial dis­pute resolution. 

Elyse assists a diverse group of clients, both domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al, when all sorts of cor­po­rate or com­mer­cial dis­putes arise. She also pro­vides them with oper­a­tional legal support.

Expertise

Pri­or to join­ing Cresco in 2021, Elyse worked at Agio Legal where she gained expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial and cor­po­rate law. 

She obtained her master’s degree in Law from the KU Leu­ven (2017) and the Uni­ver­sité de Paris V (Eras­mus 2016). She holds a post­grad­u­ate degree in Med­ical Law (UA 2019) and is cur­rent­ly pur­su­ing an advanced master’s degree in Cor­po­rate Law from the KU Leuven. 

Elyse is a native Dutch speak­er and is flu­ent in Eng­lish and French.
