Eva Claeys


Eva Claeys is an asso­ciate at Cresco focus­ing on infor­ma­tion tech­nol­o­gy, intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty and cor­po­rate matters. 

She reg­u­lar­ly advis­es emerg­ing com­pa­nies on their tech­nol­o­gy strate­gies and IT relat­ed con­tracts as well as on their cor­po­rate trans­ac­tions and secu­ri­ties matters.


Eva holds a law degree from Ghent Uni­ver­si­ty (UG, 2017). Dur­ing her stud­ies at Ghent Uni­ver­si­ty, Eva took part in an exchange pro­gramme with the Uni­ver­sité Paris 1 Pan­théon-Sor­bonne (France).

After obtain­ing her master’s degree in law, Eva obtained an LLM in Inter­na­tion­al Finan­cial Law (KCL, 2018). As part of her post­grad­u­ate pro­gramme at King’s Col­lege Lon­don, Eva par­tic­i­pat­ed in the Inter­na­tion­al Sum­mer Uni­ver­si­ty Pro­gramme at Copen­hagen Busi­ness School (Den­mark) fol­low­ing grad­u­ate cours­es in entre­pre­neur­ial busi­ness plan­ning and devel­op­ment and grad­u­ate cor­po­rate finance.
