Eva Claeys is an associate at Cresco focusing on information technology, intellectual property and corporate matters.
She regularly advises emerging companies on their technology strategies and IT related contracts as well as on their corporate transactions and securities matters.
Eva holds a law degree from Ghent University (UG, 2017). During her studies at Ghent University, Eva took part in an exchange programme with the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
After obtaining her master’s degree in law, Eva obtained an LLM in International Financial Law (KCL, 2018). As part of her postgraduate programme at King’s College London, Eva participated in the International Summer University Programme at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) following graduate courses in entrepreneurial business planning and development and graduate corporate finance.
