Mad­j­da Tem­raz prac­tices cor­po­rate law, includ­ing ven­ture equi­ty trans­ac­tions, merg­ers and acqui­si­tions, for­ma­tion, fundrais­ing and scale-ups of (tech­nol­o­gy) com­pa­nies. She advis­es domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al clients on cor­po­rate issues, trans­ac­tions, the var­i­ous ways of own­er­ship struc­tur­ing and cor­po­rate gov­er­nance. Mad­j­da com­bines the fore­go­ing prac­tice with a strong inter­est in the set-up of inno­va­tion plat­forms and the pro­vi­sion of coun­selling in respect of the diverse aspects thereof. 

Mad­j­da holds a master’s degree in law from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Ghent, major­ing in Busi­ness Law (UGh­ent, 2017) and speaks fur­ther­more flu­ent Dutch, Eng­lish, French and Arabic.
