Natalie Lemense specializes in commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience in contractual disputes regarding e.g. joint venture agreements, service agreements, management agreements, distribution and agency, (commercial) lease, purchase and sale, share purchase agreements and IT contracts. She also frequently assists private persons and companies in shareholder’s disputes, management disputes and regarding director’s liability.
Natalie’s practice ranges from pre-litigation advise, risk management, and settlement negotiations to representation before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals.
