Natal­ie Lemense spe­cial­izes in com­mer­cial and cor­po­rate lit­i­ga­tion and arbi­tra­tion. She has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in con­trac­tu­al dis­putes regard­ing e.g. joint ven­ture agree­ments, ser­vice agree­ments, man­age­ment agree­ments, dis­tri­b­u­tion and agency, (com­mer­cial) lease, pur­chase and sale, share pur­chase agree­ments and IT con­tracts. She also fre­quent­ly assists pri­vate per­sons and com­pa­nies in shareholder’s dis­putes, man­age­ment dis­putes and regard­ing director’s liability.

Natalie’s prac­tice ranges from pre-lit­i­ga­tion advise, risk man­age­ment, and set­tle­ment nego­ti­a­tions to rep­re­sen­ta­tion before Bel­gian courts and arbi­tral tribunals.

Natal­ie worked in the cor­po­rate & com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion depart­ments of Loyens & Loeff (20042009), Elegis (20092011), and Ambos NBGO (20112014). She was a Part­ner at Cresco from 2014 until 2020.

She obtained her law degree at the uni­ver­si­ties of Antwerp and Sala­man­ca, Spain. She also holds a post­grad­u­ate degree in Euro­pean Law.
