Olivier Van Raemdonck is an experienced business lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters, mainly in the technology sector.
Olivier advises both national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and venture capital transactions within the IT industry. Further, Olivier has over the years assisted both corporates and emerging technology ventures in complex transactions involving the structuring and negotiation of strategic (corporate) partnerships and consortia with a purpose of safeguarding and maximizing value of assets, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
Finally, Olivier has over the years gained experience in a variety of commercial matters and contracts, required to assist clients in the day-to-day roll out of their activities.

Prior to joining Cresco in August 2015, Olivier was an associate in the corporate-finance department of NautaDutilh (2011−2015) and CMS De Backer (2009 — 2011). Olivier has worked on projects in Luxembourg and been seconded to clients to support their legal department on specific projects and transactions.
Olivier received his law degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) in 2008. During his studies, he spent a semester at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds a Master of Business Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (2009) and a Master of Company Law from Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (2013).
Olivier was admitted to the Bar in 2009 and speaks Dutch, French and English fluently.
