Tes­sa has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in merg­ers and acqui­si­tions, cor­po­rate restruc­tur­ings, joint-ven­tures and gen­er­al cor­po­rate advi­so­ry work. She coun­sels entre­pre­neurs, start-ups and estab­lished com­pa­nies on set­ting up their day-to-day busi­ness and struc­tur­ing and nego­ti­at­ing strate­gic cor­po­rate transactions. 

Tes­sa assists both domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al clients on a vari­ety of com­mer­cial mat­ters and con­tracts (such as sup­ply agree­ments, dis­tri­b­u­tion agree­ments, agency and fran­chise agree­ments, man­u­fac­tur­ing, pur­chas­ing and co-oper­a­tion agreements). 

Fur­ther­more, she advis­es clients on real estate relat­ed mat­ters, rang­ing from devel­op­ment and acqui­si­tion projects to real estate relat­ed agree­ments (such as con­struc­tion, con­ces­sion, build­ing right, lease and EPC agreements).

Pri­or to being a part­ner at Cresco, Tes­sa was (senior) asso­ciate in the cor­po­rate and com­mer­cial depart­ment of Ambos NBGO (20102014) and asso­ciate in the cor­po­rate and trans­ac­tions depart­ment of Loyens & Loeff between 2006 and 2010.

She obtained her mas­ter in law at Leu­ven Uni­ver­si­ty (KUL, 2004) and also sev­er­al post-aca­d­e­m­ic degrees: mas­ter in tax law, Leu­ven Uni­ver­si­ty (KUL, 2005) and mas­ter in eco­nom­ic law, Catholic Uni­ver­si­ty of Lou­vain-la-Neuve and Sor­bonne Uni­ver­si­ty of Paris (2006).
