Yannick regularly provides advice to fund managers on the establishment and the operation of investment funds, including on the strategic aspects of fundraisings, carried interest arrangements and co-investment schemes.
In addition to his core practice, Yannick frequently assists software and healthtech companies in their day-to-day challenges by structuring and negotiating a wide range of technology and commercial transactions. Representative matters include licensing arrangements, research and development collaborations, joint-ventures and other arrangements involving the commercial exploitation of technology and intellectual property.
He is a frequent speaker at various accelerator and incubator programs for technology start-ups on topics such as investor readiness, corporate venturing models, co-founder arrangements, and equity incentive plans for employees.

Prior to being a partner at Cresco, Yannick worked as a senior associate in the firm’s corporate technology department (2014−2017), as an associate in the corporate and transactions department of Ambos NBGO (2011−2014) and Laurius (2009−2011).
After obtaining his law degree (UA, 2008), he obtained an LL.M. in corporate law (KUL, 2009) and venture capital (UCLA, 2012).
